Bingo! I found a ghosted entry path to the Fed's server uploaded from a computer at the School Student Activity Center.

And as I hoped, the Fed probably would have done the upload.

I'm expecting that possibility now, and that in terms of the upload, Professor Cooley was teaching the class.
